Can I order just one service?+
Of course. We also take on SEO only, Google Ads only or design only, and we're happy to work alongside your in-house team.

Initial technical improvements usually show within 4–8 weeks, while sustained organic traffic growth appears within 3–6 months. We send a ranking and traffic report every month.
Do you provide support after launch?+

Can I buy a ready-made email list and send to it?+
We don't recommend it. Emails sent to a list without consent land in spam and damage your domain's reputation. We only work with opted-in subscribers.
How often should I send?+
Automated sequences are triggered by customer actions. For campaigns and newsletters we usually start with 1 email a week or 2–4 a month and adjust based on results.
Which platform do you use?+
We choose based on your list size and website: Mailchimp, Brevo, Klaviyo or the CRM you already use.
Do I need business email too?+
Yes — sending from your own domain with correct SPF, DKIM and DMARC settings is essential for deliverability. We set that up too.
Will I lose my old emails?+
No. We migrate the emails, contacts and calendar from your current mailbox to the new accounts. You keep receiving email throughout the switch.
What if I don't have a domain?+
First we help you choose a domain that suits your company (for example .az or .com), and once it's registered we set up email on it.
Why do my emails go to spam?+
Usually because SPF, DKIM and DMARC records are missing or misconfigured. These records prove to the recipient's server that the email really came from you.
What does the price depend on?+
The platform's monthly license is priced per user. We quote the setup and migration service in a written proposal after the review.
Will it work on my phone?+
Yes. It works on any iPhone or Android phone, as well as in Outlook and Apple Mail.
